Who can I contact regarding a concern with a product?

For purchases made in store, please contact the store from which you purchased the product.

Does Marcs ship overseas?

Yes. International orders are couriered with Fedex and you can expect to wait up to 21 days for your order to be received depending on your country's customs process. More details on our Shipping Information is available on our website, click here.

How do I track my order?

After processing your order, you will be sent an email with an Australia Post tracking number that can be used on http://auspost.com.au/track/track.html to track your order. For international orders, you will be sent and email with a FEDEX tracking number that can be used on http://www.fedex.com/au/. Alternatively you can call the online store on +61 2 8080 9041 or (toll free in AUS) 1800 014 826, or email: onlinestore@marcs.com.au for assistance.

I have forgotten my User ID/Password, what do I do now?

Please visit the Marcs website and go to the sign in/register page, type the email address that you used to register and click on "Forgot your password". A new password will be sent to your email address. Please note, sometimes automated emails go straight to your spam folder, so don't forget to check there too!

If your email address has changed and you have forgotten your password, please email us on onlinestore@marcs.com.au

Can I use my Gift Voucher online?

Select the items you wish to purchase, proceed to the checkout and type in the 12 digit code located under the barcode on your voucher receipt. You will then be prompted to enter your six digit voucher pin. If you do not know your pin then please contact customer care who can provide this to you. The amount of your voucher will then be deducted from your order. You can also combine your gift voucher with a credit card to make an online purchase if your voucher does not cover the total order amount.

Can Gift Vouchers be purchased from the online store?

No new gift vouchers will be issued from Marcs. Existing gift vouchers purchased from the Marcs online store can be redeemed on the Marcs online store or within a Marcs standalone store in Australia (a Gift Voucher bought online cannot be redeemed in a New Zealand store or concession within Myer or David Jones). Vouchers are non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash. Vouchers should be treated like cash. Lost or stolen vouchers are not replaceable. Currently GIft vouchers are unavailable to redeem within Marcs outlet stores, which include stores within Myers or David Jones Department Stores.

How can I purchase a style/size that is not online?

Styles and sizes that cannot be found online can be purchased over the phone, please call us on +61 2 8080 9041 or (toll free in AUS) 1800 014 826 (Monday-Friday 9am to 5pm). Please note, some items bought over the phone often have to be transferred, which might delay delivery for up to a week.

Will you be restocking a certain garment?

Sometimes selected items within our current collection that have sold out may be recreated again, please email us with your favourite requests. If possible, please include the style number as this will ensure we have the right item, the style number can be found on the care label inside the garment.

Does the online store have a lay-by system?

The online store does not have a lay-by system.

How often do you receive new stock?

We receive new stock weekly; you can always find them in the 'new arrivals' section on our website. Alternatively, please speak to Marcs store staff who will be happy to assist you.

Is everything in the stand alone stores available online?

Can I change the address of my delivery?

If you have just placed an order and need to change your delivery address please call the online store on +61 2 8080 9041 or (toll free in AUS) 1800 014 826 (Monday- Friday 9am to 5pm) or email us onlinestore@marcs.com.au

If you have moved house or want to update your delivery address, visit the Marcs website and go to the sign in/register page to amend your delivery details.

I have seen an item in a magazine, am I able to purchase this online?
