STANDARD DELIVERY WITHIN AUSTRALIA (2-5 BUSINESS DAYS†)
We use Australia Post for all standard deliveries in Australia. Orders
may take up to two business days to be processed & dispatched within
Webster Holdings. Delivery timeframes below will be in addition to
processing times from the business. We will endeavour to have your items
sent to you as per our delivery time frame. If there are any problems
with your order, we will contact you with regards to the issue as soon

require a signature as proof of delivery for all orders. If no one is
available at the delivery address to accept the order, Australia Post
will leave a calling card with details on how to collect your parcel. If the order is redirected at the customer’s request or delivery option altered Marcs will not be liable for lost, stolen or damaged parcels.

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY - We now ship to more countries!
We have recently expanded our delivery list and now ship to countries
like China, our full delivery list can be found at the checkout pages.
Our standard shipping charge for International customers is $25 AUD, however customers can take advantage of FREE international delivery (min spend $250).
International orders are couriered with TNT
and may take up to 21 days to be delivered depending on the destination
country's customs process. Orders may take up to two business days to
be processed & dispatched within Webster Holdings (may be subject to
slight delays within busy periods).
international orders are exempt from Australian GST (10%), however they
will incur taxes and duties applied by customs in the country where the
order is delivered. Any taxes and duties incurred in the country of destination are the responsibility of the customer.

you of applicable charges and to request payment. Customs policies and
import duties vary widely from country to country, Marcs has no control
over these charges and we are unable to tell you what the cost would

, which gives a claerer indication of potential customs charges. For
all other international deliveries, we recommend you contact your local
customs office for current charges before you place your order, so you
are not surprised by charges you were not expecting.
To comply with Australia export regulations, we are required to declare
the exact value of all items ordered and mark them as dutiable
‘merchandise.’ We are also prohibited by law from marking the items as a
gift, even if the order is placed with the intention of sending to a
gift recipient. If you require further information about your country’s
taxes and duties you will need to contact your local customs office

To find out the delivery status of your parcel you will need the
tracking number for your order. For all standard delivery orders, this
tracking number is located in the MY ORDERS section of the Marcs website. Once you have this number, visit the Australia Post website (http://auspost.com.au), enter the number into the ‘Track Your Item’ section on the homepage and follow the prompts.
International orders are couriered with TNT.
